We conduct charities quarterly for a variety of organizations and secure our advancement opportunities to those who have been trained internally. Since upward mobility and internal promoting is key values to us, it allows us to grow our culture and create and inviting atmosphere on a daily level. This allows us to really focus our time and our attention on a daily basis on the lower levels of our business.
